Woebot is a self-care app, delivered by a chatbot that works to support you through everyday stresses and challenges, including some of the symptoms of depression, anxiety, loneliness, and grief.
It's a space to share what's happening with you and work through situations with the help of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tools. The app also helps track your mood and develop new skills to reduce stress.
